The FCAC provides meeting space, display panels and other resources to our members at very nominal rental cost.

Meeting Space

The FCAC building at 3375 Country Drive (by Tak Fudenna Stadium) provides several small meeting spaces, with wireless access, that are available to non-profit member organizations for the nominal cost of $15 per meeting. Contact the FCAC to schedule a room. After we confirm availability and membership status, you will be asked to provide your organization’s IRS Determination Letter. Make sure your initial request includes:

  • Meeting date and time.

  • Contact name, phone, and email.

  • Organization name.

  • Estimated attendance.

Grid Wire Display Panels

The FCAC has a number of 2’ X 6’ and 4’ X 6’ grid wire panels available for use by our members at $2 per panel per event. These stand-alone panels are excellent for displaying artwork or posters. The panels are located at the FCAC facility on Country Drive. To request the use of these panels and arrange pick up and return, contact the FCAC. Make sure your initial request includes:

  • Contact name, phone, and email.

  • Organization name.

  • Number of panels requested.

  • Requested date and time of pick-up. You will need to provide your own truck or trailer to transport panels.

  • Estimated date and time of return.

Canopies

The FCAC has two canopies (1 10 x10, 1 12 x 12) available for use by our members at $5 per canopy per day. These are also located at the FCAC facility. To request the use of these canopies and arrange pick up and return, contact the FCAC. Make sure your initial request includes:

  • Contact name, phone, and email.

  • Organization name.

  • Number of canopies requested.

  • Requested date and time of pick-up. You will need to provide your own truck or trailer to transport panels.

  • Estimated date and time of return.

Opportunities for Artists

From time to time the FCAC is notified of grants and commissions available to local artists, and is pleased to pass the information on to our local artists. Please contact the sponsoring agency directly.
